JOB DESCRIPTION:
` Proactively research and identify potential leads and accounts
` Conduct outbound prospecting efforts through e-mails and cold calls
` Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges
` Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
WE EXPECT:
` 3 -5 years of Saas B2B sales experience, especially in market DACH and Balkans, experience from a international-facing, technology, or fast-moving company. Would be great if you already have an experience from SaaS start up, HR tech
` Native / billingual knowledge of Bosnian and fluent in English & German
` Experience in utilizing tools like Apollo, Zoom Info, Gong, Sales Navigator
` Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, you are confident speaking with CEOs, senior management (such as VPs & directors) as well as HR Managers
